So I just phoned for my bloods and TSH is 1.19 (0.27-4.2)
They didn't do t4
So why do I still feel like s**t,
Did I have my bloods done too soon after op (4weeks ago) ??
I will go see a dr, I'm just fed up of feeling like this.

What time of day did you have the blood test done? Are you on any meds for your thyroid? Have you ever had tests for Iron, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 done? A sympathetic doctor would start you on a very small dose of Thyroxine so long as you promise faithfully to stop taking it if you get any hint of becoming hyperthyroid. What is your doctor like?
I had test done in the morning about 10.
I'm on 50levo
Drs won't do vitD
I've had b12 dr said fine at 297
I asked for iron but they done full blood count.
I've seen 4 drs in my surgery and in my option they all just don't care.
Ask for vitaminD again and ferritin/iron if they didn't do it. Hypothyroid px are usually deficient or low in vitD, as are most of the population this time of year, and iron. Both can make you feel very unwell and low iron impedes proper absorption of thyroxine. Is there nothing in the FBC about iron?
Your B12 is very low but not low enough for NHS to prescribe. Get something like Jarrow's sublingual B12 methylcobalamin lozenges. 2-3,000mcg daily should boost you up range. Was your folate tested? It usually is with B12.
I haven't got a print out of my last b12 or fbc.
Going to try and get in to see the drs Monday and get a print out.
I've asked twice for vitD and theyvd refused said there's no need.
I'm taking b12 liquid by solgar.
I've looked at my old full blood count no iron, ferritin is on there

Amazing how many GPs are clairvoyant. Ask again, ask how they know it's ok and ask for your request to be formally noted on your record. You can privately test via Blue Horizon or Genova, but I don't see why you should have to pay. You can also supplement without testing but if you are deficient you'll never correct it without prescription for a loading and maintenance dose. Conversely, it is possible to have a toxic level of vitD but it would be unlikely at this time of year for someone living in the UK.
Ferritin is the iron storehouse and iron is drawn from it when cells require it and dumped back in when not needed (very simplistic explanation.)
Endo told me vitD etc would be fine because FBC was fine. 3 months later my vitD was <10 deficient, folate deficient, both requiring prescription medication and B12 very low in range which I self supplemented.
