My blood results on 5/11tsh 7.8 t4 10.2. On the 6/1 tsh 0.39 t4 18.5 t3 4.9 on 50mgs of levo still really poorly could you help please .

There is no history on your profile. When were you diagnosed - I assume it was November as 50mcg of levo is usually a starting dose. You did have had a blood test after six weeks and your GP probably didn't give you an increase as your TSH had come down. You need to have the ranges of the blood tests as labs differ and it makes it easier to comment.

If you haven't had a Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate tested ask for these to be done as they are usually deficient in hypo.

It sometimes takes a few months before you begin to feel well. Many do well on levo but some need T3 added to the T4 but some doctors wont do this.
