Did you know there are two types of vitamin D, and they are NOT interchangeable?

In fact, taking the wrong one could do you more harm than good...

Thanks Clutter, I do enjoy reading your findings. :)

Interesting the connection of Vit D helping to heal or prevent MS, though I'm not surprised as VitD (3) is one of the vitamins that help towards healing Fibromyalgia, CFS and ME and sometimes MS does gets misdiagnosed.

Doesn't B12 help towards MS too ?
