Blood tests results....Help Needed please to understand them

TSH 0.14 mu/l Range 0.34-5.60

Free T4 7.9 Range 7.9-20

Free T3 4.9 Range 3.80-6.00

Always had low blood pressure but yesterday and today at Drs it was 148/88 and resting pulse rate was 98

I have Hashimoto's and I'm 48

Any help appreciated please

What meds are you taking Angel, and how are you feeling?

Your TSH is almost suppressed, which would indicate over replacement if you are on Levothyroxine, but doesn't explain your low FT4. Are you also taking T3? This would explain your low FT4.

I was taking 2 grains of Nature Throid and came off 100 Mcg of Levo felt loads better. Was asked to reduce this 4 weeks ago and for the past week I've felt awful. Started with a really bad headache, emotions flying, jaw ache, swollen glands in my neck and jaw. Not sure if reducing was the right thing to do? My blood pressure is now high for me and resting pulse rate is 98, was always below 70 before.

I've been taking 1 and a half grains for 4 weeks now.
