Jan, is your FT3 at 6? Looks like on the high side to me. Or what does the L represent?

I can't make out what your numbers mean but something is not right. Cold feet could mean you have some nerve issues which is often found in hypothyroidism. Can you get an increase if you are taking thyroxine at the moment. Also, do you have an idea if you are low in iron, folate, ferritin and vitamin D? Making sure they are high enough could help your symptoms.
