Looks to me like you could hav a conversion problem. You are obviously absorbing the levi into your system of your FT4 wouldn't be so high.

Really need a bit more info to be able too answer you properly like - did you get a TSH result with these tests and what thyroid meds are you on. Also need to kno if you have had any of your vitamin checked, like B1, VitD, iron, ferritin or folates. If you have do you hve ny results you can post on here.

serum free t sh level 0.22/L [o.35 -3.50now been put on 100 gms levothyroxine one day and then 125 gms next day take cal and vit d as i have osteoporosis

Do you take the calcium or vitd anywhere near your levo or do you keep them four hours apart.

YES i take levo at 8am and then the cal at about 1

And have you had any of the other vitamins - B12, iron, ferritin, folates - tested.
