Can you please post the lab ref ranges and state what thyroid meds and dose you're on?

B12 ranges I've seen are 190-900 so it's surprising to see 681 flagged as abnormal. Mine has risen to 725 after supplementing and I intend to continue it for a while as you don't OD on B12.

VitD 41 is above deficient but not sufficient. Supplementing with D3 at 2,000iu-5,000iu daily would raise it. Mine is 116 after being deficient. Again, I shall continue supplementing until summer and then again through the winter.

TSH 3 would be uncomfortable to dire for most. TSH 1 to 1.5 is usually about right but differs from person to person.

FT4 14 would be low in range in my lab ref ranges of 10-22. TSH and FT4 suggest you may be under medicated.

Folate is probably ok but range needed for certainty.

Ferritin looks low but range needed to confirm.

RBC is only just below range and doctor would probably say 'fine'. Check with GP if you're worried.

Hi Clutter,

Thank you I will have to go back to get the ranges as all I have is the amount that I have. the only one that said the range was RBC

Love the phrase 'above deficient but not sufficient'!

Lol, a GP would say 'fine' or 'normal' but I'm not medically trained :-D
