3years later and im still experiencing this horrible vibration and all sorts of weird and wonderful things.I have tried all concoctions of thyroid meds ,and loads of blood tests done still to be told its anxiety , really hate living like this x

Probably worth posting your test results of you have them, or perhaps list some more of your symptoms?

not had a saliva test ,tsh0.1 t4 14 currently taking 100 levo and 20 t3 ,symptoms i get do seem to go with anxiety but i was never like this until hypo with a tsh of 130 when diagnosed x

Have you read the book by Paul Robinson - Recovery with T3. He is a member of this forum and you can find him in Members and read his posts. Also his website rwt3.com He talks about the circadian rhythm of taking T3 which has a positive effect on the adrenals....

Can you please explain a bit more about what you mean by 'horrible vibrations' please? I have not mentioned ever before about this weird sensation I have in my pelvis very regularly, which is hard to explain. I wondered if it was the same for you. The best I can say is that if I had a mobile phone in my apron pocket set to silent/vibrate, and it was ringing for about five minutes at a time, randomly over a few hours - that is it! It is not painful, just very peculiar! I never say about it, since it is just so odd but I know I am not imagining it! Along with all the other things I suffer from, this one is so minimal it isn't worth mentioning, but you have got me interested!

yes thats what its like or sometimes if your sitting in a car at stop lights you can feel the vibration of the car .

Hi fion,

Just a thought but have you ruled out atrial fibrillation. I have it and it is definitely more obvious to me when I am in the car and can feel it in my back.

I experience it when I wake in the mornings before I am actually really awake and as I wake it slowly disappears. Dr Lowe remarked on it and called it "internal shivering", I'm sorry I haven't got the link but it might be on this site somewhere.

Did Dr Lowe say what causes it? I'm asking as I have it sometimes and the Endo said it was excess T3. I'm not convinced.

i feel it most in the morning ,but experience it throughout the day ,endo says its anxiety attacks .

Anxiety attacks, though I'm sure they can vary from person to person, usually involve a pounding heart, sweating, nausea, hyperventilation and sometimes a feeling of panic. Is that what you feel?

no just weird sensations like vibrations tingling etc x i must admit though 2 years ago they gave me diazapam and it did go away but obviously cant take them all the time ,i think it is definately a hormone thing as it is much worse at that time of the month ,but the endo is always right ,haha x

i get weird sensations too. trickling and crawling. Also my head gets shaky and the feeling goes down my chest and stomach. I can also have this feeling in back and arm. Not very pleasant. Need advice.
