Thanks for the post. His book is an excellent read. Although we live In Crete - both Hubby and I tested insufficient for VitD a year or so ago - so absorption and assimilation issues are obviously a factor wherever you live. So glad the research world is able to promote the simpler things that will support our health away from Big Pharma !
