If you hadn't said you were hypothyroid, some might think you were hyperthyroid with those numbers. Your TSH is definitely suppressed meaning your pituitary will not ask your thyroid to produce more T4. Your T4 is way over range which means you are possibly taking more T4 than is necessary but a free T3 really is necessary to determine whether you are over medicated. Do you feel hyper? When your doctor saw these numbers, did they request a free T3 test? If not, you should request it and ask why not.

No they didn't ask for a free T3 and all they said was put my medication down from 200mcg to 175mcg got to have another blood test in a couple of weeks and see how it is. Thanks for answering

Well, I hope that you don't feel worse on the reduced dose. If so, I would definitely try to get that FT3 test.

Actually thinking about it I am so tired I've for aches and pains and when I get up in the morning I don't feel like I've been asleep I don't want to get up but force myself cause I don't want to give in to this "illness " if that is the right word

I wonder about the word "illness" as well. I don't have your symptoms as much as I have muscle pain and connective tissue problems. I guess every individual has specific weaknesses. I could also never get my T4 into a really normal range. I know you've been here a while so you probably know about the cofactors that should be optimal. In case you don't, here they are.
