hi can any one tell me if the palms of the hands are allways red an the bottom of there feet please if so what is the cause for this redness

If you Google your symptoms it gives a connection to your symptoms and some health conditions eg thyroid problems and RA. A visit to the doc may be the best way to go.

I have noticed the soles of my feet are often very red, even if I havnt been walking.....

I remain baffled ....
