Old results

These are my old results I haven't got my new ones printed out yet, but what does everyone think of these??

Do the levels look good or bad what supplements would you suggest??

Unfortunately I can see no ranges with these results apart from your TSH results so people will find it hard to advise you as different labs have different ranges.

You will need to go to your GP's an ask for a print out of your results with the ranges included. I must say I have never seen bloods results like that - with the doctors name after every result - so lets hope that the GP will have a different version with the ranges included. Dont let the receptionist say that you cannot have them as it is your legal right to have a copy (some receptionist and doctors can get funny about giving them out). If they do get funny tell them you already have the results but they dont mean a lot without the ranges.

My surgery tried to charge me £10 admin fee for copies of my tests even though they aren't supposed to use this as a revenue opportunity. I declined and have requested an appt to view my records and make my own notes.

Your b12 is low , i use b12 jarrow 1000 from amazon .

I'm taking solgar folate at the mo. I had another full blood count in November, I'm going to make an appointment for next week so I'll ask for my results again. The dr that gave me these didn't look too happy about it, but hopefully my dr will be ok.
