Veg juice

Hi can any tell me of a safe veg juice I can make and drink daily without it affecting my thyroxine meds. Cheers lee

Juiced veg won't impact on thyroid meds if you take your meds an hour before or two hours after eating or drinking.

If you still have your thyroid uncooked broccoli and cauliflower are among the goitrogenous vegetables and, along with soy/soya, should be avoided.

I gear my diet more to deal with cancer than to help my thyroid, but I'm fond of carrot and ginger. Romaine lettuce and cucumber is nice if you want a green juice (or melon and cucumber when it's hot in Summer). Bur you need a decent juicer (eg Hurom or Green star).
