Adrenal Stress Index Test

This may sound like a weird question, but does it matter what you are doing during the day that you take your saliva samples? The reason I'm asking is because at the moment I'm feeling so unwell that I usually have to sleep during the day and am wondering whether this would affect the test. What I'm saying is do you need to be up and about/active throughout the day in order to see what's going on with the adrenals?

I went to see Dr.P today and we were talking about the test, he suggested i did on a day that i was active. Hope this helps.

Thanks, yes that's what I thought. Difficult being 'active' at the moment though!

Even having a meal is activity...i often feel so fatigued i cant eat or finish a meal. Just dont over do it
