Can someone body temperatures

I know I have a low temp. issue but can someone explain this,Last night hubby put the heating on,good because I cold, I got so hot I wanted to take my clothes off. (not a pretty sight,so I didn't.) On taking my temp. at bed time it was 34.5 but I felt so hot. ???

I find myself sweating but have low body temps too. I hope someone can tell us the reasons why

Hi Many conditions can cause this, anything hormonal or cardiac. The worst is Diabetes, autoimmune and hormonal. Be sure to have a test, should be annual with thyroid disease.If taking T3 that causes a high ,in every way In fact for an hour or two after taking the half dose, the FT3 is double what it normally is. When very ill, I made this mistake twice! If only on T4 still possible as if you convert the T4 to FT3, as your body should, then the same effect only not as quick.Of course if on Armour etc, same applies as contains T3. Make sure you have the tests for TSH, T4 and Free T3, your own results with ranges ( differ), ask the receptionist. If GP not doing them , on line. Personally I would also be taking my BP for 2 weeks, am and PM just to check.

I have low body temps and am on t3/t4 I also have sweats if I am low on meds. I've noticed they stop when my meds go up but if I am low again they come back. It starts at night then gets worse until I have them all day
