Why would thyroid peroxidase antibodies rise when on throxine?

Before starting thyroxine six months ago my antibodies were 394 now they are over 1000?

My tsh has gone down to 0.01 and t4 sp to 24. So think I need to reduce my thyroxine a bit. Under Dr Skinner but he's on holiday at the moment. X

Hi I would certainly want my FT3 result first, If T4 is high and FT3 low then that means you need less T4 and some T3 together.You also need lots of thyroid tests starting treatment, The symptoms of Hyper can sometimes be the same as hypo, only the bloods will tell, easy to be overdosed. Make sure you also have all the relevant tests that an Endo does, see the TUK site.

Tsh - 0.01 t4-24.7 (range 9-19.1) t3- 5.56 (range 3.6-6.5) antibodies shot up from 394 to 1000It doesn't look how id have expected it too? Im on 175 thyroxine. You guys are much cleverer than me. Also I was feeling great but I've hit a bit of a wall again the last month or so. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia originally.
