What tests should I ask the endo to run apart from antibodies, t3, t4 and tSH? Selenium, B12, allergy testing? (6 years on PTU)

Liver function would be at the very top of my list.

Full blood count.

Urea & electrolytes.

The things I would be concerned about are liver and kidney function. Hence the above. Others may well have their own views - sometimes these things address out worries rather than the scientifically "likely" things! :-)

Thanks Rod. However I'd also like to know what's causing the Graves to always flare up again rather than just the problems PTU might cause.

Have you been screened for Coeliac Disease, or maybe just tried a gluten free diet? I tested negative for this but nonetheless feel much better without gluten.
