HI guessing that the ranges are mostly similar to other Labs. but always ask for a print out of any blood test with ranges, your blood. Always keep them. Your TSH is way too high and T4 much too low. You urgently need a Free T3 test. I guess your FT3 is very low, it needs to be near the top of range on treatment. It lowers the TSH and helps all the symptoms. The best treatment, if no problems with it, is T4 ,Levo, and T3, 2 separate drugs. You really need a lot of other bloods done. You can get them on line, but GP should do them. Often Free T3 is a problem now NHS, costs but essential, also reverse T3 for antibodies. It is likely from what you said that you have autoimmune thyroid disease. You need lots of tests, see bloods on this site.As regards the tum, you could have some thing else as lot of autoimmune diseases can effect it. eg Pancreatitis, gall bladder and Caeliac disease. However, you would have more symptoms. I guess it is your body trying to adjust to the new regime. You must have been Hypo for a long time, any way it takes a long time to get the dose right and feel better, often worse before better. I would also, find a good Endo, lots of research, then ask for a referral from GP.. The Endo will do all the tests you need and although common , a lot of GP`s are quite hopeless on thyroid. It is obviously quite severe from those figures. Regarding am eating problems. Try not to have any fat first thing, often that helps.Otherwise a biscuit and drink and something a little later.

Best wishes,

Jackie
