Technically a doctor might be able to prescribe them but they are not a licensed medicine in the UK so it is unlikely you will find a willing doctor.

They are available at many online retailers such as Amazon and on eBay.

I cannot answer how good they are, which brands are good, what is a reasonable price, etc. because I do not know.

There is some information on the PA site:

pernicious-anaemia-society.org

Use the Forums, they are open to non-members, there is a search box, references to B12 patches use will come up. Seems most users are happy with the results.

I'm using the patches and for me they have been helpful. I order them from amazon, i get the 5000mcg once a week one.

Having my B12 checked soon. It will be interesting if my numbers have gone up!

I am on my fourth week now of using patches. I have improved by not being so tired. People have noticed I look a lot better in myself too. You only have to wear the patch for 24 hours.
