Sounds like something is wrong. But maybe nothing to do with HU. If we knew the exact message, we might be able to help a bit more.

When I went on my lap top and cliked on hu it came up wuth sorry not found so I went on google and it couldn show up im ok on my pone but not on laptop

Shezz, make sure you are entering the correct web address for HU into the browser address bar on your laptop (it has changed since this new site was launched). It should be:
