i have doubst about allergy trying to find the old tags. Where can i find them?

Hello i got up two days ago with swallen face and irticaria . i dont know if could be related to allergy or waht i have no idea. i have urticaria many times and the doctor in spain told me to do allergy test but my doctor here says is not necessary. i had a hair test for intorelance but apparently is not reliable. anyone can give me advice on how do i got about finding what is going on. i have been given antihistamine tables and food diary to pin point what it is. but i wanted to read old post that talk about allergies.. i use to use the tags before but in this new site i can not find them. thanks

Could be something you are putting on your face, i.e. a moisturiser or a suncream?

well i have urticaria in my whole body and it got worse yesterday and did no use anything at all in my body. the urticaria got worst. anyway seems to be better with antihistamine.

Probably is something you're eating or a reaction to medication. The other option is washing powder - have you changed what you wash your clothes with recently?

no really. i will keep a food diary and symthoms. anad see if the swallen improves with the days. i might acutally be still exposed to what is making me react. i have no idea. i want it to read how about going pin pointing what is the cause of the allergy.
