I have looked back on my test results that led to a Graves diagnosis and I have a test named 'Thyroid Abs' which I presume was the antibodies test? The result was 0.00. Can they go by the other results eg TSH, T3 and T4 alone?

Graves and antibodies
That's odd - I thought the antibody tests usually say < less than...
The other results will still give a picture - it may just be that you do not have the antibodies..

The antibodies to confirm graves disease are called TRAB or TSI, if these are active then you have grave disease.
The sheet says Thyroid Abs 0.0 range (<50.0) iu/ml (I even looked to see if I had it round the wrong way!)
I have read that some people dont have the antibodies, so testing after treatment to see if they have gone would be useless?!
I am afraid that "Thyroid abs" is too imprecise to be certain what they mean.
I could guess Thyroid Peroixidase antibodies - but could easily be wrong.
There is a wealth about Graves here:

Not easy going.
