Armour without a prescription in the UK

I have been abroad for awhile and upon returning learned that my private GP quit his practice and is unreachable. I am about to run out of Armour and wondered if I can get some online until I am able to find a new GP. Are there any pharmacies that don't require a prescription? I am an American and not able to use the NHS. Thank you very much!
