Thyroid tsh normal . On 200 thyroxine following total thyroidectomy due to goitre when tsh was normal.
Is there a better time to take levo than in morning?
I have plenty energy until about 7 then I get exhausted. I'm nearly 40 not 60!!

Possibly. Have a read here:

Are you taking your levothyroxine on its own, away from food, drinks (other than water), supplements and other medicines? Many, many things interact to reduce absorption and could be affecting how you feel.
When you say TSH is "normal", do you have the latest number?

Yes, what do they consider normal? If yours is normal (1.00 tsh) with or without your thyroid, perhaps you should see what your free T3 level is instead. This would tell you the activity of your T4 and what it is doing for you and if the level is high enough for you to feel well.
Yes thanks I agree I at least need to get this test done. Tsh was 2.8 last year but this year is normal at around 1.
When I said I had the symptoms they shrug it off and say being overweight can make you tired etc. now getting bp investigated . I never had high bp before
