T3 supplies - how to obtain if they run out?

I am 2 weeks into a trial of T3 only (T4 has been stopped) and come on here today and to my horror see that there are supply problems.

So far, my GP has been happy to repeat scrips even though the dose has gone up from 20 to 40 to 60 mcg, and in a fortnight it will be up to 80 mcg. The pharmacy only supplies it in 28 x 20 mcg tablets, in small tubs, so I am reordering more frequently - so far, no problems.

I am wondering what I will be able to do if it runs out and there is none left for resupply.
