Yes, I found it helpful, especially for painfully trapped stuff. Also Gas-X, peppermint tea, fennel tea or chewing fennel seeds. Found it helpful to take a teaspoon of oil (extra virgin olive oil for me) before a meal. A tsp of flaxseed oil before breakfast.
How does castor oil help?
Can you buy activated charcol in the chemist? Having a lot of problems with bloating and gas at the moment. really painful.
Tried some charcoal tabs last night (3 tabs)-took a very long time before they helped me!
(about 10-12 hrs)!
I've found out that it reacts with some medications. The people at charcoal.uk/com are very helpful.
