I've only been on symprove for 4 days and feel a bit strange, it's not bloating but I do seem to be a bit light headed, have you changed your diet as well?, I think mine might be where I have changed my diet dramatically, do you think the symprove has made a difference to your stomach besides the bloating?
I have also gone on the 2 day diet so I am not sure which is causing the problem. My IBS has been behaving itself though. I too have felt a little light headed but it is the bloating which is troubling me.
Yes! Been taking it for a week and my stomach is so bloated! Putting me off taking it to be honest.
