Oh dear, thats sounds like no fun at all! Have you tried pilates with a qualified instructor and yoga? I swim regularly which gives my brain time to switch off. Try different exercises, those that make your bowels work are not necessarily a bad thing!

No I'm doing circuit training and high intensity training as I can't swim. My bowels work often enough without me giving them an helping hand lol

I found that for the first couple of weeks of a new fitness and diet regime my IBS was a bit all over the place, a lot of bloating and trapped wind feeling however if you keep it up after a couple of weeks you should find you settle into it. For me, I'm doing intense circuit training and a very healthy little and often diet plan and my IBS symptoms have significantly decreased. Good luck!
