Hi I also have Ibs mostly diorreah based except when its my te of the month. I had to cut out lots of different foods and drink that just didn't agree with me. I had to quit smoking and drinking obviously its different triggers for everyone. I take medication everyday to help with the toilet issues and the cramps also. It's a lot of trial and error. Good luck

I have the same. I take windeeze tablets and they do help after a fashion. Its trapped air in the system and it really hurts. (honestly my last major lot (cos i forgot to take tabs) had me on all fours doubled up and looking like I was about to give birth again!

The windeeze tabs make trapped air smaller so its easier for your sytem to pass it through. (it also makes you pass wind more quietly and discreatly (rather than emptying a room!)

Its not a total answer, but I have learnt to eat slower and watch what i eat. I read about the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber, I've cut down various insoluble fiber foods and it does help!

Good luck

Lx
