The forum has really taken off!
Although you do not need to be a member to use this site, we thought it would be good to post a little bit more about what we offer for individuals with IBS!
We have two kinds of membership, one for individuals who are online and a paper membership for those who aren't. These both include our 'Can't Wait' cards (one for your purse and another one for your holidays), a copy of our quarterly magazine as well as our helpline to specialist nurses to answer any queries you might have! We are currently working on creating self help groups too for people to get together and discuss IBS.
Our online membership offers a little more with access to our symptom tracker and self care plan that is packed with information, fact sheets and recipes! All this information can be found on our website: theibsnetwork.org

I was a bit relieved when I got Into this site and saw there are others who suffer pain 24/7. I have had unrelenting never stopping severe
