hello!!! I’m on 1 mg too! But don’t get your prob. How horrid!!! We may bump into each other sometime soon?! I tried today to just take 3/4 mg and was feeling so off the grid earlier I took the other quarter?!! My cranial osteopath says.. easier in the summer! Onwards! Hopefully!
