Pee problems at night

Hi

I have had IBS C for many years and I get pain most early mornings but I now seem to wake up more feeling the urge to pee! Often I cant go or have to wait for a few mins before going. Flow can be poor. I have had all the prostate tests and a TURP a few years ago but I am getting really frustrated with lack of sleep etc. I am on Tamsulosin. Anyone have similar problems? Thanks Ian

As you may know, tamsulosin will not shrink the prostate so BPH may be worsening (see link below). My dad has treated his BPH for ~14y using Nutritional Therapy, no drugs.
