Ferrocalm

Anyone who takes Ferrocalm here?

Five days I’m undecided if it’s a change of temperature or this that’s giving me a headache.

I take antihistamines all year round for sinus issues.

I’m also using up an unopened bottle of Starpowa gut bacteria probiotics, but I’m a good two weeks in of them.

Could it be a combination of the two ?

Any advice?

Hi Babbling Brooks. I take Ferocalm and a multi preobiotic and can only report no problems. In fact I took them immediately after a clonoscopy to restart my digestion and I was fine. My only advice would be to try one thing at a time. Some people say Ferocalm can upset you for the first few days. I hope you feel better soon.

I suffer from allergies and the probiotic used apparently isn’t great for that. ☹️

I can only say that I tried Ferrocalm and it caused me really bad constipation. I stopped and started again with the same effect. I don't know why and would be interested to hear if anyone's had the same problem. I hope it works for you...

I got constipation with Alflorex which then settled.
