Pain in back passage

Has anyone experienced an excruciating pain in back passage. I had this last night and didn’t know what to do. It lasted two hours and I’m exhausted

Yes I have had this and you are right it is excruciating.I think it is more common in people with ibs and don’t think it is anything to worry about.

I too get this from time to time. The only things I have found to somewhat help is to lay down and relax.

I have experienced this in the past and found heat helps so sit on a hot water bottle.

I have a prolapsed rectum that causes a throbbing bad pain in back passage. A warm bath helps. Since giving up milk I have been a lot better x
