random dark stools

so yesterday I was only having brown stools but this morning the past two stools have been dark. But then I remembered I had like two Oreos before bed. I’m not sure if Oreos can cause a dark stool or if it’s something concerning that needs to be checked up on.

Hi looking, Oreos could cause a dark stool, but if that is all it is, it should not last long. Dark chocolate does this to me, and beetroot, that can be spectacular. If you are worried, get it checked out.
