I have lost about 3 stone VERY quickly over a couple months and have gone from a size 20UK to a size 16UK without trying to.. I am eating properly and not exercising. I prefer to be a size 20UK (16stone) because I hold the weight comfortably and look alot healthier as a 5ft8 female of mixed ethnicity (mixed white and black Caribbean) . I am currently not able to get past 13stone 12 😖 and would REALLY appreciate some advice.
Waiting on MRI on bowel & full colonoscopy results from my consultant 😓
Thankyou in advance 😁

I’m in a similar situation, I don’t carry a lot of weight so the weight Iv lost makes me look very thin ( I think I look unwell! ) I had to stop running as that kept any gains off as well ! I’m slowly starting to gain weight, but like yourself because I’m eating so clean now it’s very slow ! Iv introduced dark chocolate- peanut butter-Greek yogurt all with good success, my next will be honey, hope this helps for you
Can you tolerate avocado, mashed potato with olive oil, dried fruit, banana, honey, dates ( to add to your yoghurt). But your current weight sounds good from a health point of view - is it worth trying to live with it until all medical tests finished and discussed? Good luck
have you thought of protein shakes to help build up your weight. I use Live Hermosa, vanilla or chocolate. It’s got minimal ingredients and 18g protein.
I have asked my GP about some, i have been told to wait until my MRI and Colonoscopy results are back. I literally just rabg my consultant to chase my results.
