Here we go again

Been doing well for a few months. Now it's back again. I'm so fed up of having to live with this everyday . Every morning, my first thought is will I have a bowel movement, having IBS a constant worry , yet we all suffer alone in this awful thing. I am glad for this lovely group. I've picked up some good tips . How I manage to function I will never know,, having IBS and chronic pain , yet I sometimes laugh at what life throws our way.

Sorry you’re having these issues but just know you're not alone. My life is also governed by whether I will have a bowel movement in the morning or 7 throughout the day 🙄 It really is awful and frustrating to say the least. I try to find the positives and focus on activities I can do but admittedly it it hard to stay upbeat!

Hi, Thank you for your reply . Yes it is very frustrating and just takes over everything else . Im glad you can find positives it is the only way to keep going. I too still do all the things I like

It`s not much fun and that`s for sure. I`m going through a spell of it right now. You never know when it will strike. There is no cure we just have to manage it even though it plays havoc with our lives. Hope you feel better soon.

I know. It impacts our lives so much.Don't know why, but I've been relatively ok too for a few months. It's bloating and wind that's my main problem but I started taking a daily probiotic and it's helped greatly.

Keep your chin up. Remember we're all in this together.
