I use CBD oil at night. I do sleep better but it has done nothing for IBS. That’s just me though, others may have a different story. Best wishes

Hello, I'm new here as well!

I have used 2 brands of CBD and THC oil. I personally did not find any results that helped my IBS, however, it did help with anxiety and it relaxed me. You have to try it for yourself, like IBS, its different for everyone. Make sure wherever you purchase the CBD oil that its from a reputable company, read reviews do lots of research especially if you buy online.

The first CBD oil I bought I got majorly ripped off, I paid $60.00, I think it was just grape seed oil, they use it as a carrier oil as well as other oils.

On a personal note, I tried THC and ended up in emergency because I had body spasms from head to toe like as if I had Parkinson's. THC does get you high or have other effects, and it is cheaper than CBD oil, that is why I bought it first.

My personal experience is that the multiple CBD oils I have tried did not do much if anything for my IBS. From what I have seen in the studies the potential seems to be surrounding the inclusion of THC in the Oil for effectiveness or delivery. So much like many already see with THC being key to digestion issues for cancer patients and nausea issues it might just not be true for the oil. Many say they see results but as we all know that suffer from chronic issues people are all different and placebo is a real thing for many. Not discounting the result the need to spend money to trick your mind is a decision that needs to be made. Just know all oils like everything come in different strength levels, do your research.

I started using CBD oil last year and it did seem to help my IBS D a bit, in terms of less pain - I assume less spasms. I get mine from Simply CBD - reliable source and good quality. They have a Facebook site, with lots of helpful information. Have also bought from Holland & Barrett. I now use the normal CBD during the day, and at night time I take Simply CBD ‘s Gold oil which also has turmeric and black pepper. in it, which aids sleep.

CBD Oil for IBS? I have only heard of it applied topically for arthritis. My wife bought a $50 brand and it did nothing for her hip pain. The pharmacist however made out well!
