Managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) involves a combination of lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, stress management techniques, and, in some cases, medication. It's important to work closely with your healthcare provider to develop a personalized management plan for your IBS symptoms. They can help you identify triggers, adjust medications, and recommend additional strategies to help you effectively manage your condition and improve your quality of life.

I have been having a terrible time of late, I have been suffering with stress and the more stress you get the worse things become. I`ve tried a few things to keep the stress down but the way the world is at present, the lack of money to feed yourself and heat the house is just more things to get the stress levels up. I get stress pains in my chest over the smallest of things.
