I have been having a terrible time of late, I have been suffering with stress and the more stress you get the worse things become. I`ve tried a few things to keep the stress down but the way the world is at present, the lack of money to feed yourself and heat the house is just more things to get the stress levels up. I get stress pains in my chest over the smallest of things.
