I had a blood test done 2/3 weeks ago it was supposed to be about the Anastrazole tablets 1mg levels that I take one a day following B/Cancer 2018 that following that I had to shield 4 the year of 2020 as I was at high risk E.T.C of getting the stuff with me having to watch what I was eating with that it left me with Diverticular Disease/IBS now so early 2021 had 2 colonoscopies in a month polyps removal both times as I was having poop problems had colon scan 2021 that was no better with all the prep stuff disgusting

Well had the results from blood tests told I am boarder-line with cholestrol now was sent a graph of foods E.T.C. as if I can eat what they suggest is mission Impossible as every day I try to eat "SAFE FOODS" as it is it's just not fair and got to go for Smear Test 22nd April as if I am not in enough pain and agony as it is any suggestions are most welcomed to try and calm my tummy as best as I can PLEASE!!!!
