I took it for dairy allergy and wondering if it gave me Constipation! ? Seems hard to buy brands here without prebiotics in them also, anyone know any other brands? Mine was made by Bayer!

Hello …l use Jarrow Dophilus EPS …10 billion CFU daily gut balance veggie caps & gluten free .. l buy of Amazon.. Jarrow Formulas l take 2 daily but you can take more …quite expensive but find they work for me
