Hi Netbet22, I have been given Duloxetine for visceral hypersensitivity, which thankfully have not affected my bowels like imipramine did. I was started on a 20mg dose which seemed to help a lot once I got over the first few days of side effects, when I changed the dosage to 30mgs, I again felt a little worse for a few days, but now I still have a persistent’ trapped wind’ pain that I still need to up the dose to calm down. Overall I recommend as they are working but you need to get the dose right which may take time. Hope this is helpful, best wishes Mutley
Hi is it best to take them morning or night just heard they can cause insomnia got 30mg will give them a try thanks for replying
