Colon cleanse

Has anyone ever had a colon cleanse? I've ibs and this seems like a great idea especially with being constipated all the time.

What else have you tried? Diet? Laxatives? Fiber?

I once used it as a last resort. I had my gastroenterologist prescribe the same stuff you take before a colonoscopy. Worked great.

I tried cutting off gluten and dairy milk , I do take a good bit of fibre like wheatabix and sliced pear, I'm totally reliant on suppositories which isn't great long term.
