I have constant pain in my bellybutton and wind feeling I want toilet most of time after eating need to dash toilet then sometimes don't go for 2 days just don't want to go out is it safe to regular take loperamide to calm stomach

Have you tried taking mint capsules? They can help with wind. Also, taking a mix of probiotics and prebiotics can also help. Good luck!

That’s like me these days, and mine sometimes comes with smell of wet clothes. Though I did an 18 hour fast and my bloating + constipation symptoms reduced greatly.
