Is there something a bit more gentle than cosmocol .

I have been drinking more water and that helps but just wondering is there something that doesn`t create the very loose stools. I have an inguinal hernia so need to keep things flowing till it gets fixed.

Yes i would like that too. I also have a hernia - femoral and must not get too blocked up. Dont always want diarrhoea though, I am advised laxido - i think this is probably the same as cosmocol
