I tried it all

I tried all the prescription meds and otc However, for some reason I missed senekot

I personal like senekot extra strength but if I need a softener then senekot dual action works great

It is a natural vegetarian laxative. It has helped me better than prescribed med. I don't cramp like I do with other laxatives.

I take 3-4 on a bad day

You can take up to 6. My GI is who recommended them. If I'm going good I slow back to 1 or 2 a night.

Hope this helps! I have battled this since I can remember. My entire life! I'm now 47
