I hope that you all had a fairly good Xmas?

I am the only one but does anyone get a cold feeling in your pit of stomach or am I the only one also does anyone get the feeling as if you got something pressing down at the back of the passage where poop comes out!!! I also got the "URGE" to poop and the feeling as if something is stuck up there!!! I am trying to go and let it come out on it's own and can sit on the toilet with every twinge and constant feeling of being scratched inside there as I can't sit stand or walk and I am on edge with it as well and feel bloated after each cup of tea like eaten a huge big meal to eat ( I wish!!! ) and when I go it feels like very hard stones coming out like being cut in 2 with a sharp knife

Any tips I would be grateful

you may have fissure in your rectum. If you're constipated take something to soften the stool
