just looking for peoples opinion on HCL supplements. Any side effects? Best way to take them? I believe I have a really slow digestion and causes me all sorts of grief. Thanks

Hi Ollie, I have been taking HCL for many years for low acidity issues and found it very beneficial. Do read up on it though as you have to be careful. Lots of information on Google. For example you take it with protein rich foods not with low protein foods like vegetable snacks or a fruit salad. You may find digestive enzymes more helpful. I only ever take one tablet at one time.
