Hello everybody

Since one year and a half i have chronic nausea with no answer, last week doctors found a 35 MM inflammation on my intestine (terminal ileum location)

I don't see the GI for the moment but could this explain my nauseas ? What can i do to get better and reduce inflammation ?

Thank you very much

The best diet against inflammation in the body is the Mediterranean diet:

But that may need to be adjusted according to your individual food intolerances.

I am not medical but as I have both IBS and IBD I know of others who do get nausea with their condition. You really do need to see your specialist asap as there are meds to calm down inflammation in the colon but GP's wont be able to prescribe them only consultants.
