Hi, not a forward question at all, it is very straightforward. I have had many episodes of trapped wind and found that lying on my bed on my front and rolling from side to side helped it to shift. Also rolling on top of a firm object ( say a large bean bag ) strategically placed where my abdomen feels locked can help. The pressure here is key, otherwise I have massaged my abdomen quite strenuously whilst sitting or lying., though the added pressure of gravity from lying on your front can be very helpful!

Hope this too is helpful, very best wishes Mutley
